Needs #10 AWG wire and a separate 30 amp breaker....no plug included and will not plug in under sink as most homes have 12 -14 awg wire w/combined circuit. Have 220 v receptable in garage so will be getting a 40 gal water tank htr instead......wish it had more info as I would not of purchased it. Do more internet searching also would of helped, other sites say separate dedicated breaker and #10 wire needed.

Arrived quickly but the installation instructions were not so good for this model, but two calls to the 800 # gave the information we needed and worked fine once installed. It has only been installed for a very short time so I guess know we have to see how if will work over time.
