I wanted an instant water heater for my apartament, as I live in a hot climate this was a perfect option, instalation was very easy, I had to put 60 amp brakers and it works wonderful, I replaced an old 40 gallon tank that was broken, now I have space available and spend less energy, this little thing give endless hot water but you have to be sure you have the correct wires to bear 50 amps of the unit. Excellent product.

Hi everyone,
Bought this water heater and it works great. I live in a two story house and put the htr in the basement. Bath is upstairs, approx 25' and it supplies me plenty of hot water. Been plumber for 40yrs and this is an excellent htr. Give it 5stars.
And to top it all off the company that sells it are even better! Rated them a 10+ 10 being the highest. Choose this one, cause the co. will answer your email within 24hrs.
